Leadership Development

Aspiring leaders training is available to support those seeking promotion.

The Head Teacher and members of the senior team are able to provide leadership training, mentoring and coaching. The school is also able to host NPQH placements and undertake Pupil Premium Reviews.  We lead regular training focused on middle leadership and new headteachers. We can also arrange training to meet your own specific needs.

“Inspiring Leadership Day”  – Lead by Evelyn Davies and Dan Walker

This is a day for senior leadership teams ideally to attend together. It is a chance to re-focus, ask those deeper questions around how you operate as a team and learn a few tips that can make a real difference.

This will include a talk on school leadership, meeting with SLT, school tour and a question and answers session.

Refreshments and lunch included all for £100 per head.

This has proved to be one of our most popular days; it has been attended by Head Teachers, Deputies and Assistant Heads.

It is a really good opportunity to hear what works well, and to share your own ideas and experiences.  The feedback we have been receiving from this day has been excellent.

Our next Inspiring Leadership Day is on Wednesday 13th Februaury 2019

For more information please EMAIL US, or call on 02088830608 and speak to Lorraine King.
