    Whole School

    Year 6

    You must order any Y6 leavers hoodies by Sunday. This is the final deadline. If you need any help ordering please contact your class rep. The office will be unable to support over the weekend.

    Friends of Coldfall

    The Friends of Coldfall second hand uniform sale will take place this Sunday 27th April, 10am-11am in the Lower Hall.

    We can now claim gift aid on your uniform donations, giving us up to £2.75 extra for each £1 we raise! If you are happy for us to claim gift aid and can spare 1 minute, please fill out the quick Link to Gift Aid Declaration Form. Thank you.

    Snacks

    Any snacks brought to school should be fruit or veg only. Children in Years 1-6 do not need an afternoon snack unless they have an Activity Club after school.

    Term Dates

    On 27th June the school will be open as normal and before and after school provision will be available as usual.

    Holiday Camps at Coldfall

    Booking for the May and Summer Holiday Camps is now open!

    Lost Property

    Please note any clothing that is not clearly named will be donated to Friends of Coldfall each Friday for their second-hand uniform sales.

    Any named lost property will be returned to your child’s class or can be collected from the playground every Friday after school.

    Year 2

    Year 2 will have a visit from Highgate Honey on Wednesday 30th April.

    Year 4

    The Peacock and Puffin class Tolmers meetings are on 29th April at 3.40pm.

    Year 5

    On 29th April, Year 5 will visit the Science Museum.

    Term Dates

    On 27th June the school will be open as normal and before and after school provision will be available as usual.

    Dogs

    No dogs, with the exception of service dogs, should be brought onto the school site. Also, if you need to leave your dog outside the school, please tie them to the fence and not the gates which need to be opened and closed. Thank you.

     

    Holiday Camp at Coldfall

    We still have some spaces in our Easter camp! You can top up your Arbor account and book under Activities – Clubs – Easter Holiday Camp. If you are using childcare vouchers to pay, please email the office before booking. Thank you.

     

    Club Bookings

    You will be able to book Activity Clubs for the summer term from 31st March at 8pm.

     

    Community Gardening

    Our free Community Gardening sessions restart next Wednesday 5th on our school allotment with Mrs Greene and we will be planting seeds to grow vegetables at home. All welcome - no experience or commitment required!

    Who: Parents/Grandparents/Carers/Staff and up to two children
    (adults must stay to supervise them)

    When: Weds 2nd April 3:45 – 4:30

    Where: School allotment (fenced off area left of the dining hall) behind playhouse

    Bring: Nothing required, but bring gardening gloves if you have them

     

    Concerts

    If your child has piano, violin or singing lessons at school, you are invited to watch them perform on the following dates:

    Monday 31st March 3:00pm Lower Hall – Laura Woods Voice students

    Wednesday 2nd April 9:10am Lower Hall – Pablo Castro Violin students (pupils to arrive at 8:50 to tune instruments and warm-up)

    Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of each performance.

    Year 3

    We are delighted to inform you that, to enrich all of our learning in Geography this half term, we have booked an exciting school trip to River Lee Country Park. Nightingale and Magpie classes will go on: Monday, 31st March Owl class will go on Friday, 4th April. We will be leaving the school grounds at 9am and travelling by coach then returning to school by the end of the school day, depending on traffic. Please make sure that your child arrives to school on time, thank you.

    Year 5

    Swan Class have their cycle training next week.
