Bringing in items late to school

If there is an item that you or your child has forgotten (such as water bottles, clothing, bags, books, musical instruments, lunch or snacks, ets.) can these please be brought to the office NO LATER than 9.30am. Taking items to classrooms during school hours disturbs teaching and learning, as well as the office.

Parents and carers are reminded to complete the online e-consent form to indicate whether you wish your child to receive the flu vaccination or not. Applying for a Reception Place

The closing date for applications is 15th January 2026.

If your child is born between 1st September 2021 and 31st August 2022, parents and carers need to apply for a reception school place via their local authority’s admissions website. Please see the link below for Haringey’s admissions website and further information on how to apply: https://www.haringey.gov.uk/schools-learning/schools/school-admissions/apply-a-school-place/starting-primary-school

Nut- free school

Please remember we are a nut-free school. Do not send any nuts or products containing nuts (e.g. pesto, cereal bars etc) in to school a snacks or packed lunches.

Picking up from school, Nursery, Activity Clubs and Night Owls

Once you collect your children, please do not remain on the school site. You should collect your child on time and then exit the site straight away. Children who have been collected are not permitted to play on the climbing frame etc. Thank you.

Sweets/Birthday treats

A reminder not to allow children to bring any sweets to school including for birthdays.

From this term, we ask you that if you wish to celebrate your child’s birthday in school with the class, to send in either a board game for the class (see below) or a new book for the class library or stickers. We will no longer be allowing cakes and sweet treats to be distributed at the end of the school day. This is to help instil the importance of healthy food choices, reduce litter, reduce the amount of time and administration staff have to do around allergies etc and to help engender a love of reading and playing board games. Thank you for your support.

Y1 - Happy Families, Guess Who, Lotto

Y2 - Top Trumps, Pictureka, Dominoes

Y3 – Bananagrams, Battleships, 24 game

Lost Property

Any named lost property will be returned to your child’s class or can be collected from the playground every Friday after school.

Night Owls

Please note, the food provided at Night Owls is a snack, not a full meal. Children usually have one piece of bread, a scone, a crumpet or English muffin with some cheese or small slice of meat and fruit/veg on the side. They will still need an evening meal.

Thank you.

  • Packs a waterproof jacket, as we will be spending time outdoors.

We are looking forward to an exciting and educational day exploring Roman history!

Year 4 Roman Feast and Mosaic Making - Monday 20th October

We will be rounding off the children's learning about the Romans with a Roman Feast and Mosaic Making Afternoon on Monday 20th October.

To make the day even more special, children are welcome to come to school dressed in Roman-style clothing. Please note that dressing up is entirely optional, and we would strongly encourage using items you already have at home to create simple Roman-inspired outfits.

We are looking forward to a fun and creative afternoon celebrating everything the children have learned about the Romans!
