Coldfall was made an official Teaching School by the UK Government in March 2015 in recognition of our exemplary practice and standards, and developing and supporting other schools, teachers and school leaders.

Training Programmes

Coldfall offers 4 main areas of training, with over 15 courses per term, as well as bespoke specialist training and leadership courses.

Schools Direct Teacher Training

Coldfall Teaching School works in partnership with a group of local primary schools and Middlesex University to provide School Direct teacher training.

Leadership Development Programme

We provide leadership training, mentoring and coaching tailored for both middle leadership and new headteachers.

School to School Support

 

As a National Support School, Coldfall has supported other schools on their improvement journey. A bespoke package of support can be brokered including the coaching of a school’s leadership to build capacity.
